Following the success of our previous Recruitment Open Days in October & November last year we are excited to announce two additional Open Days for our Customer Service department this autumn. Tuesday 14th October 2025: 09:00 AM to 12:30 / 13:00 PM
Thursday 16th October 2025: 09:00 AM to 12:30 / 13:00 PM

About the Role: Are you a great listener empathetic and able to solve problems quickly Join Paradigm Housing Groups Contact Centre where you will play a key role in helping us deliver homes that our customers can rely on. We are looking for enthusiastic customer-focused individuals with a strong work ethic and a flexible approach to join our team.
What Youll Do:
Handle a wide range of customer enquiries by phone and email helping resolve housing and repairs-related issues.
Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to provide effective solutions.
Use your excellent communication skills both written and verbal to deliver outstanding service.
What We Offer:
A comprehensive training plan including full-time office-based induction for the first 45 weeks.
Hybrid working after induction work from home 3 days a week and in the office for 2 days.

Job Details:
Full-time: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday (shift times between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM).
Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week.
All positions are offered as initial 12-month fixed-term contracts.
