What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with R&D to design test and enhance support systems for high-voltage products boosting performance and reliability
- Identify and implement improvements in engineering processes develop new guidelines and champion best practices
- Work with automation tools and software to streamline design and analysis increasing both accuracy and productivity
- Partner withStructural Expertsworldwide to unify design methodologies and lead theStructural Expert Community
- Guide teams in advanced Finite Element Modelling (FEM) for complex projects and be the key link between R&D and Production Units
- Analyze and optimize structural connections for robust performance under diverse conditions
- Define requirements for new structural components support regulatory approvals and ensure compliance with ISO and Health & Safety standards
- Act as a liaison across R&D Engineering Production and On-Site Installation teams
What You Bring:
- Masters degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- More than 10 years of experience in a similar field
- Recognized subject matter expertise in structural engineering
- Proficiency with Tekla STAAD and Ansys
- Deep knowledge of design codes and standards (EN-norms Eurocode IBC)
- Experience with High Voltage Switchgear (e.g. GIS) support structures is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership communication and collaboration skills
- Active knowledge of English for daily communication in an international environment
