Learn why people come to work for Oracle at Infrastructure Capacity Management is currently in need of a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing team. The TPM will be responsible for managing complex cross-organizational programs that impact both product and business for OCI. This role requires a passion for solving high-impact problems through process improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement in systems/tools. Initial focus will be on driving programs and improvement related to rack ingestion capacity delivery and on-time performance. The role is highly visible and will be required to effectively communicate status at an executive level.
Basic Qualifications
- 8 yearsrelevant work experience in program/project management
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Supply Chain or relevant
- Able to identify and resolve process procedure and tool gaps to improve overall program success
- Outstanding proactive communication skills: written verbal presentations
- High ownership with a strong bias for action
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud services networking or SaaS products
- Understanding of datacenter operations networking server rack ingestion/installation supply chain and/or capacity delivery is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex problems considering various technological and business factors
- Flexibility to shift with business priorities and unrivaled attention to detail
- Ability to think broadly and strategically
- Maturity judgment negotiation/influence skills analytical skills and leadership skills

ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities for this role include:
- Drive critical cross-org programs process and product initiatives
- Work across various organizations to determine feasibility and timelines
- Understand critical path to scale and write proposals for strategic scaling initiatives
- Organize cross-org activities ensuring completion of initiatives on schedule
- Mentor junior program managers

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
