Requirement: Junior Appian Developer

Job Description: Forge requires a Junior-Level Appian Developer to join our team supporting the US Army. This position will work closely with the government and other partners to provide expertise and support with designing developing and implementing solutions using the Appian low-code platform. This candidate will have the ability to develop assignments efficiently and thoroughly and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but arent limited to):

• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements.

• Develop test and implement Appian and web-based solutions.

• Assess how the created/updated Appian objects fit into the bigger picture and spot major logic errors.

• Communicate technical requirements across enterprise applications.

Qualifications/Requirements:

The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically act tactically and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience with and/or understanding of database and system integration. Knowledge and understanding of Agile principles. Have a variety of technical expertise including process modeling user interface design and data modeling. Possess knowledge in requirement discovery BPM best practices and the design and build of BPM applications. Be able to leverage experience gained to contribute to the project throughout planning execution and delivery stages. Education: Bachelors degree in a technical field such as software engineering engineering computer science etc. Occasional travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• US Citizen

• Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline.

• Experience with database and system integration.

• Ability to pass/obtain T2 background investigation.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Certification: Level 1 Appian Cert preferred but not required

• Experience: 1-2 years on Appian Software Development team preferred but not required
