Nanyang Business School competes with top business schools from around the world to attract applicants from diverse backgrounds to join its graduate programmes. The key purpose of the role is to support student outreach recruitment and admission functions to bring in the best students to join our graduate programmes.
This role reports to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies (Marketing Recruitment & Admissions).
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Marketing
Run product marketing and branding activities for NBS Graduate Studies
Maintain owned media (websites socials brochures)
Work with agencies for media campaigns artwork copy photoshoots and video productions
Recruitment
Recruit students into selecting MBA / Specialise Masters programmes
Conduct lead generation and nurturing activities
Consult with prospects on programme suitability
Represent programmes at events such as education fairs information sessions coffee chats
Admissions
Oversee programme application and admission processes
Manage processes for scholarships
Ensure a high level of service quality for applicants
Key competencies and qualifications requirements:
Degree in any field Business or Marketing preferred
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Familiar with media strategy and digital marketing (SEM content social media)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent eye for detail
Digital literacy in Microsoft Office and general cloud software
These competencies are not compulsory but any would be advantageous:
Domain experience in education / graduate studies
B2G/B2B marketing for ASEAN countries
Visual design copywriting web CMS
CRM systems and Marketing Automation
Process-oriented data-driven data visualization and project management skills
