Job Summary
Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 24 weeks followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Pacific Time Zone)
Salary Package: 50000 PHP to 70000 PHP/Monthly
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce Complete Civil/Structural Construction Documents for Permitting
- Using AutoDesk Civil 3D for design and Drawing Production adapting to the companys drafting structure and style.
- Get directives from Engineer Project Manager in a short zoom call or phone conversation.
- Perform site layout design conceptual grading design and storm/utility layouts with direction from engineer.
- Directly report to the Team Leader the daily project updates and tasks

Job Requirements:
- Licensed Civil Engineer preferred
- Atleast 4 years of work experience in Civil Engineer.
- Proficient in CAD Drafting and Design.
- Ability to utilize AutoDesk Civil 3D for design and Drawing Production.
- Experience working with US based client is a plus.
- Knowledge of drafting standards and ability to adapt to our company drafting structure and style.
- Needs to have an eye for graphic quality and drafting standards for conceptual and construction-level drawings.
- Ability to understand the effort level and product quality desired based on a short zoom call or phone conversation.
- Good communication skills with project manager able to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to perform site layout design conceptual grading design and storm/utility layouts with direction from engineer.
- Engineering skills could be gradually used more and more as the project manager is comfortable with it.
