What Youll Be Doing

Managing and maintaining key project documentation including meeting minutes file structures and update logs

Assisting with project reporting including tracking progress against timeframes and budgets

Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day coordination administrative tasks and communications across teams and contractors

Acting as a go-to point of contact for general project support

Taking ownership of small projects or specific workstreams to apply and grow your skills

About You

Were looking for someone with:

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to structure your time effectively

A proactive positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and develop

Strong IT skills particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel

Great communication skills and a team-first approach

No previous project management experience required just a passion for making things happen and an interest in infrastructure delivery
