Collaborate within a dedicated team in a unique environment as a Chefs Cooks and Apprentices at Randwick Barracks (Randwick). This role is suitable for candidates that enjoy bulk cooking with a passion for quality flavour and presentation. Youll get full training and support while working in a dynamic and fun working environment.

The Position:

Multiple opportunities available for Chefs Cooks and Apprentices.
Part-time roles minimum 34 hours per fortnight with weekend shifts and additional function hours included.
Prepare high-quality meals across breakfast lunch dinner desserts and special events.
Maintain catering standards comply with OH&S and HACCP requirements and focus on minimising waste.
Support kitchen operations with stock control receiving supplies and monitoring cold room controls.
Contribute to a positive team environment while delivering great customer experiences.

The Person:
Chefs Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or working towards for Apprentices).
Cooks and Apprentices previous kitchen experience preferred with a willingness to learn and grow.
Demonstrated ability to work in a busy kitchen environment either individually or as part of a team.
Strong knowledge (or developing knowledge for apprentices) of HACCP allergen management and food safety.
Passionate about food quality with great attention to detail and presentation.
Reliable team-focused and committed to personal and organisational success.
