Villanova University College of Nursing has an ongoing need for highly qualified adjunct (part-time) faculty to provide instruction in nutrition courses. Duties And Responsibilities
Understand the course objectives of the course to which they are assigned and be familiar with the overall curriculum of the College of Nursing. Provide supervision of students in the classroom setting. Assist the students to accomplish the objectives of the course. Validate students understanding of theoretical scientific and evidence based concepts to meet course objectives. Evaluate and provide feedback to students on their accomplishment of course objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters in discipline (nutrition); licensure eligibility for licensure or registered in speciality (nutrition) in Pennsylvania. Experience in discipline required.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in academic teaching and willingness to be flexible in fulfilling responsibilities.
