Job Summary

PPS is seeking a solutions-oriented Reliability Engineer for our state-of-the-art metals extrusion facility in Phoenix AZ. The Reliability Engineer will be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks that can affect equipment performance and efficiency. This is a permanent direct-hire role that includes a highly competitive pay-rate excellent benefits and room for advancement!

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data related to equipment performance to identify patterns and potential failures.
Create and implement strategies to improve system reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
Conduct root cause analysis to investigate failures and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Establish and execute maintenance schedules based on predictive and preventative maintenance data.
Work closely with other engineering and maintenance teams to integrate new technologies and improve processes.
Continuously evaluate the performance of systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards.
Prepare reports and documentation to record findings and make recommendations to management.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Bachelors degree in engineering or similar field.
3 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Strong understanding of engineering principles systems and processes relevant to the industry.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions based on statistical analysis.
Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to reliability issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with others.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously including planning and organizing work effectively.
