Maintenance Technician
3rd Shift

Full-Time

Kenosha WI

Compensation: $35.50/hr.

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a 3rd shift operations and support critical manufacturing processes.

What Youll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

As a Maintenance Technician you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations through corrective and preventive maintenance. Your focus will be on improving equipment reliability minimizing downtime and ensuring a safe efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions using systematic methodologies
Perform preventive maintenance tasks inspections and minor overhauls
Replace or adjust components to meet operational specifications
Maintain proper lubrication of equipment and machinery
Track and maintain accurate maintenance records for historical and future reference
Recommend process and procedure improvements based on equipment performance
Support plant safety by following procedures and reporting unsafe conditions

What Were Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical degree preferred
Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
1 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience (or comparable skills)
Ability to interpret technical documentation
Familiarity with shop equipment (drill press band saw portable power tools etc.)
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation
