Position Summary
The Host serves as the first point of contact for festival guests providing a welcoming professional and informative experience. This role ensures guests receive assistance with entry seating event information and general inquiries contributing to a positive and safe festival environment.
This is a seasonal role from September 9 2025 and will end on January 9 2026.
This role pays an daily rate of $500.00
This position will remain open until January 9 2026.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a friendly professional welcome.
- Assist guests with ticketing wristbands VIP access and seating arrangements.
- Provide information about festival schedules stages amenities and services.
- Monitor guest behavior and address minor issues or escalate to security or management as needed.
- Support event staff in managing crowd flow and guest safety.
- Assist with guest check-ins VIP areas or hospitality lounges.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Provide feedback on guest interactions to improve festival operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality customer service or event hosting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of festival layout schedules and amenities is a plus.
- Flexible schedule for long shifts evenings weekends and festival dates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns tactfully.
