Job Summary : Reporting to the Logistics Manager the Logistics Inventory Associate will be responsible for managing daily shipping operations and coordinating logistics across domestic and international channels. This role involves hands-on shipment preparation administrative processing and collaboration with carrier partners to ensure timely and efficient freight movement. The coordinator will support supply chain operations by overseeing inbound and outbound shipments aiming to optimize distribution and maintain smooth logistical workflows
Role and Responsibilities : - Process SO Orders entered in by sales per the shipping schedule
- Confirm and update INV in Acumatica once order has shipped/truck leaves
- Send ARFs to the Provincial Boards for deliveries
- Load and Unload trucks using various equipment i.e. forklift hand carts and power carts
- Print all Documents and COAs for Shipment and Shipping Technicians
- Upload all Shipment Documents into Acumatica and file into the correct cabinet location
- Fill out Provincial Quality Control Trackers
- Coordinate and schedule customer shipments ensuring alignment with inventory planning and operational activities.
- Manage intercompany freight across all Tilray sites including planning execution and carrier relations.
- Analyze shipping requirements by customer and province to develop efficient methodologies.
- Oversee carrier negotiations invoice approvals and freight claims (losses damages undelivered goods).
- Collaborate with planning warehouse transportation and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Utilize MRP/ERP systems (e.g. Acumatica) for inventory management order processing and shipment documentation.
- Optimize freight services and costs including accessorial charges and lead times.
- Maintain high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance and troubleshoot transportation issues.
- Support annual freight RFPs for various shipping modes (courier LTL FTL).
- Handle physical shipment tasks including loading/unloading trucks and preparing documentation (COAs ARFs)
Qualifications and Education Requirements : - Minimum High School Diploma with some post- secondary education an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year in warehousing or logistics experience required; 3-6 months in shipping/ receiving role an asset.
- Computer and ERP skills; preferably Acumatica.
- Time management skills: ability to autonomously manage personal day to day activities.
- Ability to work in team environment and take direction when needed.
- Lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. may be required.
- Forklift hand cart and power cart experience
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional time and project management capabilities
- Advanced MS Excel skills
