Job Summary
Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level while building your personal brand online McGrath City Honda is looking for a motivated people-focused Sales Consultant who isnt afraid to close deals on the floor and on social media.
Were a high-energy customer-first dealership and we know the game has changedcustomers are shopping online watching TikToks and following reels before they ever walk in the door. We want someone who can sell cars the traditional way but also create content that gets attention builds trust and drives traffic.
What Youll Do
Help customers find the right vehicle by listening asking the right questions and providing solutions
Guide customers through the sales process from greeting to delivery
Create and post engaging content on platforms like TikTok Instagram and Facebook to showcase our vehicles promotions and customer experiences
Build your own following as a local automotive personality while representing the McGrath brand
Stay up to date on product knowledge incentives and digital trends
Follow up with leads from the floor and online to keep your pipeline full
What Were Looking For
Prior sales or customer service experience (automotive sales a plus but not required)
Confidence on camera and a willingness to be creative on social media
Strong communication and people skillsboth in person and online
Driven competitive and self-motivated personality
Basic understanding of how TikTok Instagram Reels and Facebook content works
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
