Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Volunteer Coordinator Directorposition in the Houston area.
Job Description:
The Volunteer Coordinator Director will be responsible for recruiting and training Volunteer Coordinators in each Harbor/Beacon office. The Volunteer Coordinator Director will be a resource for all Volunteer Coordinators for education support and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 to 3 years of management experience
- Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent
- Preferred experience working in the health care field as a Volunteer
- Must have excellent writing and presentation skills
- Must have a current drivers license and reliable transportation (mandatory)
- Must have a warm people-oriented personality
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clean background and drug screen
