We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially-minded Senior Project Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team. This role is central to managing some of our most high-profile accounts leading the delivery of complex media and event-led campaigns and ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations. Acting as both a trusted advisor to clients and a key driver of internal collaboration you will combine strategic thinking strong commercial acumen and excellent project management skills to deliver best-in-class campaigns that grow long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery:
- Drive cross-functional teams in the end-to-end delivery of brand partnership projects media activations sponsorships and bespoke event-led campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time on budget and beyond client expectations.
Client Services:
- Lead day-to-day client communication throughout the project lifecycle delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to upsell beyond the agreed scope.
Strategy:
- Collaborate with the wider Brand Partnerships team and cross-functional colleagues to develop innovative insight-led campaign ideas.
- Build compelling proposal decks and detailed media plans translating creative concepts into clear tangible deliverables.
- Create internal and client-facing timelines and budgets during the proposal phase.
Pitches:
- Confidently present campaign strategies timelines and budgets to clients during pitches establishing trust and credibility.
Production:
- Lead the production of small-scale events managing vendors logistics and onsite operations.
- Oversee branded shoots both locally and nationally ensuring quality and consistency.
- Feature as on-screen talent in branded video content when required.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Deliver regular thorough campaign reporting and analysis turning data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
- Proactively optimise performance implementing solutions to improve results and ensure delivery against client objectives.
Team Development:
- Stay current with tools competitor activity and industry trends identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with the PM Lead and wider business to enhance tools and processes ensuring the team remains competitive and future-ready.
- Support more junior PMs across all team responsibilities.
Key skills and experience were looking for
- 7 Years in a relevant role ideally media owner or creative/digital/events agency in a Project/Account Management or Production role
- Significant client servicing experience
- Experience in building attractive client-facing decks
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills and ability to create engaging stories out of data
- Good knowledge of the global media advertising and social landscape
- Excellent numeracy & literacy skills as well as communication & negotiation skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
- Confident self-starter and comfortable working through new situations with a problem-solving attitude
- Confidence in establishing and developing new relationships
- Team player
- Fluency in English
- Ideally comfortable being on camera (we often feature in our own social media videos)
