Position: Teller/ Member Services Representative

Location: Ardmore OK

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members and potential members with their credit union needs by explaining services setting up new accounts and providing guidance on products.
• Respond to member inquiries resolve issues within your authority and refer complex problems to supervisors with appropriate recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws statutes rules and regulations governing credit unions including the Bank Secrecy Act and US Patriot Act provisions.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to enhance member satisfaction and meet organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions account information and transactions ensuring confidentiality and security of member information in computer system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional financial or customer service training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or financial services role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent member service.
