About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Channel Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the Netherlands. This role reports to the Director of Partnerships and is an integral member of the Dutch GTM team working closely alongside direct sales to drive partner-led business growth.

You will own everything related to Partners in the Netherlands: building and managing strategic relationships driving new business through the channel and expanding our partner ecosystem. The focus is on new logo acquisition account management of existing partners and recruitment of new channel partners with a strong emphasis on public and semi-public sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner-led revenue growth: Collaborate with the Dutch GTM team and direct sales to identify and close new business via partners

  • Partner recruitment & onboarding: Identify recruit and onboard new partners to access new markets and strengthen our ecosystem coverage

  • Partner account management: Manage and grow relationships with existing Partners ensuring enablement engagement and performance delivery

  • Go-to-Market alignment: Drive joint sales motions campaigns and events in close coordination with direct sales and marketing teams

  • Ecosystem knowledge: Leverage expertise in the Dutch public and semi-public sector ecosystem to build credibility accelerate pipeline creation and unlock new opportunities

  • Performance tracking: Deliver accurate reporting on partner pipeline forecast and performance. Stay on top of data hygiene in CRM (HubSpot)

  • Collaboration: Act as the partner advocate within the Dutch GTM team while ensuring strong alignment with the global and regional partnership strategy

Your profile

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory for this role (written and spoken)

  • 7 years of experience in channel sales partner management business development in SaaS technology or professional services

  • Deep understanding of the public and semi-public sector landscape in the Netherlands including procurement structures and key ecosystem players

  • Demonstrated success in driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue with proven ability to win new logos

  • Track record of successfully recruiting onboarding and enabling new partners

  • Excellent relationship building skills comfortable engaging with both C-level executives and operational stakeholders

  • Entrepreneurial mindset hands-on and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast scaling environment
