Summary

To servethe members of Samaritan Ministries International (SMI) by supporting the Provider Relations leadership and teams. The role ensures they have the necessary resources and information to deliver exceptional service across all Samaritan service programs (Classic Basic Redeem) in alignment with the departments vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the PRD Managers to provide excellent service to members and providers.
  • Monitor workload and productivity across all communication platforms and give recommendations to achieve optimal service levels.
  • Provide PRD Leadership with reports and data related to workforce and workload management as assigned.
  • Present key performance results to management and build presentations on workload and workforce management for PRD.
  • Interpret and analyze operational data and metrics and make recommendations to improve service levels productivity and quality.
  • Analyze team metrics data in conjunction with Business Intelligence to assess trends and recommend adjustments to PRD Managers.
  • Monitor assess and report on team members individual performance (quantity and quality) and propose necessary steps to ensure performance improvements and workflow optimization as assigned.
  • Collaborate with PRD Leadership in shifting resources to compensate for workload overflow when workflow requires additional resourcing.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team on cross-training plans in order to accomplish appropriate capacity plans.
  • Provide all necessary individual performance metrics as needed for performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
  • Forecast workload and staffing needs to assist managers and team leads in strategically adjusting team schedules optimizing workload utilization and establishing baseline staffing needs.
  • Analyze existing processes and develop proposals for process improvements to service delivery.
  • Adjust timecards track late occurrences assist PRD Leadership with approving PTO and track plan and report PTO.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all task tracking tools and data through staff training working discrepancy reports and conducting data audits.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Staff are expected to bring relevant knowledge that adds value to SMI effectively utilize available resources and seek clarity by asking questions. They should actively gain and retain knowledge to stay current with changes and engage in training to support growth in both current and future responsibilities.
  • Two-year degree from an accredited university or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 35 years of experience often including direct work with workforce managementsystemsor analytics tools.
  • Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Understanding ofHR principlesemployee lifecycle and labor laws.
  • Knowledge ofStatistical MethodsData Modeling and Predictive Analytics.
  • Familiarity withorganizational structuresBusiness Processes and Strategic Planning.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends patterns and insights.
  • Data Visualization Tools(e.g. Tableau Power BI)
  • Strong written and verbal skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability todiagnose workforce issuesand recommend actionable solutions.
  • Skill inmanaging timelinesresources and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to predict staffing needs and simulate workforce scenarios.
  • Precision in data handling and reporting.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel(pivot tables VLOOKUP macros)

Additional Information
  • Tasks are normally conducted in a regular office environment requiring use of computer and mouse and other standard office equipment. Staff usually remain in a stationary position often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. If an other than on-location work situation is approved (i.e. hybrid or remote) the employee must work in an appropriately professional and secure environment.
  • Staff will observe safety principles while performing the duties of the position.
  • May need to lift and move items up to 35 lbs on occasion.
  • This position requires an active commitment to the mission and values of the course of performing job duties the employee will act in a manner that is Christ-honoring as well as Christ-like demonstrating a personal Christian faith and witness in all interpersonal interactions.
Pay Range:$61600.00-$91100.00.Starting pay usually falls within the lower half of the pay range and is determined by experience skills and education.
