Job Summary

Maintenance Manager Heavy Industrial

Join our team as a Maintenance Manager leading operations in a high-volume recycling facility. Youll oversee maintenance for shredders balers conveyors shears and mobile equipment ensuring maximum uptime safety and efficiency. A key focus will be leveraging a CMMS system to drive preventive maintenance and improve equipment reliability.

What Youll Do:

Lead train & develop maintenance staff
Manage PM schedules with CMMS
Troubleshoot hydraulic electrical & mechanical systems
Control budgets inventory & contractors
Partner with operations to minimize downtime

What You Bring:

2 years in maintenance management (scrap heavy industrial or manufacturing)
Strong CMMS background
Hands-on hydraulic electrical & mechanical skills
Leadership safety-first mindset

Cleveland Ohio $90k-$110k Depending on Experience Full Benefits and Company Bonus
