Automotive sales experience is NOT required well provide full training and mentorship. What matters most is a positive attitude willingness to learn and strong communication skills.

Guaranteed income while training
$60000 $150000 annual earning potential in your first year
5-day work week (Closed Sundays flexibility for an early day off)
Ability to draw from 1000 used vehicles across sister stores

Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional satisfaction
Ask questions to understand customer needs & recommend the right vehicle
Conduct vehicle demonstrations & test drives
Deliver vehicles and explain features warranties and paperwork
Maintain product knowledge on features accessories and inventory
Work with service & body shop departments to ensure timely reconditioning
Attend sales meetings and training (dealership & manufacturer)
Prospect new leads follow up with past customers and encourage referrals
Understand federal state and local laws governing retail auto sales
Promote dealership service department quality and value
Qualifications
No automotive sales experience required training provided!
Prior sales customer service hospitality financial services or restaurant industry experience is a plus
High-energy outgoing and positive personality
Strong verbal communication skills
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Must pass background check & drug screen
