What Youll Do

• Ensure code quality and performance optimization.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Ensure security scalability and best practices are followed.
• Work closely with DevOps to manage deployments and monitoring.
• Collaborate with architects to design scalable and maintainable systems.
• Conduct technical planning estimations and risk assessments.
• Ensure the team follows best coding practices and architectural guidelines.
• Drive technical innovation and adoption of new tools/technologies.
• Act as a point of contact for technical escalations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

What Were Looking For

• Deep expertise in front-end and back-end technologies such as Python (.NET) React Angular Java
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript and one modern framework (React Angular Vue).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with microservices RESTful APIs and message queues.
• Strong grasp of DevOps CI/CD and cloud platforms (Azure GCP AWS).
• Ability to estimate efforts and deliver features on time.
• Good understanding of software design patterns and architecture.
• Solid understanding of enterprise software development life cycles.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of security performance tuning and scalability.
