Job Summary

DeVivo Bus Sales currently has an opening for a full-time Parts Advisor at our Bridgeport CT location.

Primary responsibilities:

Perform counter and telephone parts sales
Create and maintain customer service relationships
Ordering procurement stocking and billing of parts
Create and receive parts requisitions/purchase orders
Must be proficient with computers and dealership software including Microsoft Office
Shipping/receiving as needed
Maintain clean and organized parts area and warehouse
Maintain adequate supplier and vendor relations
Conduct physical inventory counts as needed

Minimum requirements:

3 years experience in parts/warehousing/inventory control within the automotive/truck/bus parts industry
Strong written oral and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions to parts needs for customers and shop technicians
Ability to achieve and maintain proper parts certifications and training on IC (Navistar) products
Valid drivers license
