Pursue exciting career paths in tech architecture or management.In This Role Your Responsibilities Will:Manage software development projects in an Agile with a globally distributed project team of approximately 50 decision-making and project plans to deliver project plans and requirements in collaboration with the marketing and track work assignments throughout the product development strong communication within the team and with external and mitigate project relevant activities with test and documentation on project status to management and other continuation activities to support existing in compliance audits (e.g. QA ISO customer audits) and continuous improvement adherence to development processes standards and best with the Reliability Solutions management team to achieve departmental informed about the competitive landscape including key features of competitor products.Who You Are:To excel in this role youll need to be an attentive clear-thinking and proactive problem-solver who is connected with the team enjoys being hands-on and can adeptly resolve conflicts.For This Role You Will Need:7 years of professional complex engineering product development experience with an advanced degree in Computer Science Mathematics or Engineering.5 years of professional experience in Product/Project management/Systems Engineering preferably in Agile culturePractical understanding of Agile frameworks including SAFe and software development lifecycleTechnical Expertise: A strong background in full-cycle software development and maintenance within a product-centric environment. Solid understanding of contemporary software technologies tools and Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish (C1 level proficiency) to effectively convey complex ideas and for candidates who excel in delivering results and embody our core values. Adaptability: Ability to multitask prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
