Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant BA GSF.
In this role youll will be part of a wider programme in Finance area supporting on one or multiple products.
Responsibilities
Work independently with users to understand the biz requirements.
Convert the biz requirements to user stories
To engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements in an agile delivery methodology.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
To interact professionally with a diverse group executives managers and subject matter experts.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Able to Split business requirements following NEW framework.
Identify and suggest best fit feasible solutions.
Able to map AS-IS and To-Be flows.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Think logically and suggest workarounds.
Good in stakeholder management and able to understand requirements quickly.
Drive the discussions amicably with both business and Technical team.
Understand SCB tech landscape.
Aware of SCB change processes.
Skilled in conducting requirement gathering sessions and workshops.
Strong Analytical skills.
Understand Agile methodologies.
Able to guide designers to get most intuitive designs for system
Good in working with cross cultural Global teams.
Rely more on verbal communication rather than written and able to grab implicit information quickly.
Able to work in multiple projects in parallel.
Courageous to ask right question but with empathy.
Worked on ADO to create stories from Features.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Good communication and customer facing skills.
Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
