What youll do at Elekta
As our Technical Vulnerability & Supplier Cyber Risk Manager you will play a key role in identifying assessing and mitigating cybersecurity risks across our global operations. This includes ownership of Elektas supplier cybersecurity risk programme and technical vulnerability management processes. Youll ensure Elektas compliance with international cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001& NIS 2.0 and help shape a risk-aware culture through strong policies training and leadership. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the resilience of Elektas systems services and supply chain helping us deliver safe reliable solutions to healthcare providers and patients around the world.

You are a structured detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of cybersecurity risk.
Strong communicator able to influence and collaborate with global stakeholders.
Comfortable taking ownership of complex cross-functional processes.
Passionate about compliance quality and continuous improvement.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic international environment.
What you bring
Proven experience managing technical vulnerabilities and supplier cybersecurity risk programmes.
Solid knowledge of global cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001 NIS2 GDPR HIPAA 21 CFR Part 11).
Relevant professional certifications (CISSP CISM CISA CRISC). ISO 27001 Lead Auditor preferred.
Experience with supplier risk management tooling and services.
Understanding of cybersecurity controls and technologies (IAM DLP PAM SIEM encryption protocols etc.).
Familiarity with cloud computing enterprise apps (SaaS PaaS) and penetration testing methodologies.
Excellent reporting documentation and audit management skills.
Strong leadership decision-making and stakeholder management experience in a global context.
