Qué hace un Supervisor Piensa en ti mismo como alguien que proporcionará mentoría orientación y desarrollo profesional a los miembros de tu equipo por lo que no todo el mundo puede optar a este puesto. Así que vamos ahora necesitamos toda tu concentración porque es hora de imaginar cómo es ser jefe de equipo.

Como Supervisor proporcionarás orientación asesoramiento y desarrollo profesional a los miembros de tu equipo. Implementarás canales de escalamiento mediante procedimientos acordados mutuamente. Dirigirás un equipo de alto rendimiento a través de una emocionante transición para desarrollar capacidades de resolución de problemas pensamiento crítico analíticas y técnicas que permitirán al departamento desarrollar soluciones más profundas y escalables. Establecerás los objetivos del equipo y trabajarás con tus subordinados directos en estrategias para ejecutarlos medir el progreso y compartir los resultados. También identificarás ideas prácticas sugerirás recomendaciones e influirás en la estrategia del equipo a través de una comunicación eficaz.

Asi que Tienes lo que se necesita para ser un Supervisor

Requerimientos:

  • 1 año de experiencia previa relevante en gestión de personal en el sector de BPO o centros de llamadas.
  • Capacidad de pensamiento estratégico con sólidas habilidades analíticas y creativas para la resolución de problemas.
  • Experiencia en ofrecer críticas constructivas y aplicar planes de acción correctivos.
  • Alto nivel de comprensión de las normas de confidencialidad de los clientes y pasión por el desarrollo de los compañeros de equipo.
