We have an exciting opportunity of aCustomer Service Officerto join our team located at Derrimut VIC.

Your New Role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will work within a supportive team and play an integral role in building effective relationships with both our external and internal customers process telephone sales by taking orders providing over the phone quotations and attending to other sales related activities.

You will bring:

Experience in dealing with wholesalers customers and distributors within the electrical mechanical or similar industries (highly regarded)
Previous experience in a customer service role
Effective communication and presentation skills
Passionate about customer service
Intermediate level computer skills
Proactive and effective problem-solving skills
