What you will do
Be responsible for overseeing the movement storage and distribution of materials and consumables within Mills River and MJX Warehouse and will serve as the direct manager for all MJX Shipping and Receiving employees
Supervise and coordinate MJS and Mills River Shipping and Receiving teams focusing on employee development coaching and administrative functions including payroll performance evaluations recruitment and staffing
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to maintain material availability oversee inventory management and support long-term strategies for quality delivery and production standards
Promote a safety-conscious work environment ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and maintain proper documentation related to personnel and operational procedures

You have decision-making skills especially when faced with difficulties ensuring that materials are on hand when
You possess the capability to adjust to varying requirements such as changes in production schedules or interruptions in the supply chain
