Transformation AI Lead Program Manager Strategic Transformation & AI Enablement

Location:Brussels London or Paris
Department:Strategic Transformation & AI Programs
Reports to:Senior Leadership Team / Steering Committee

Role Overview

Euroclear is committed to building a diverse equitable and inclusive workplace as we transform into a truly AI-enabled financial market infrastructure (FMI). We are seeking a tech-savvy hands-on Transformation AI Lead to drive a high-paced multi-dimensional transformation program. This role blends strategic program management inclusive leadership and AI integration expertise. The ideal candidate will champion complex change across Euroclears ecosystem ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities and fostering a culture of belonging and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Inclusive Program Leadership & Execution

  • Structure and lead large-scale transformation programs across diverse departments and entities ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
  • Drive for results and tangible outcomes promoting equitable opportunities for team members to contribute and grow.
  • Apply a wave-based execution model using a predefined playbook to deliver measurable sustainable outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment between business IT and external partners actively seeking diverse perspectives to inform decision-making.

Governance Stakeholder Management & DEI Advocacy

  • Define and operationalize governance frameworks that promote transparency fairness and accountability.
  • Manage strategic stakeholder relationships across Euroclear and partner organizations fostering trust and collaboration in multicultural environments.
  • Ensure compliance with Euroclears risk legal and regulatory standards including evolving AI regulations (e.g. EU AI Act) with a focus on ethical and inclusive AI practices.

AI Integration Enablement & Workforce Empowerment

  • Champion the adoption of AI across operations services and culture ensuring equitable access to AI tools and training.
  • Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to embed responsible ethical and scalable AI practices that mitigate bias and promote fairness.
  • Drive AI literacy workforce upskilling and cultural adoption across teams prioritizing inclusive learning and development opportunities.

Transformation Strategy Change Management & Business Acumen

  • Lead process redesign initiatives that go beyond automationreimagining workflows to unlock strategic value and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Filter and structure initiative backlogs to prioritize high-impact inclusive transformation opportunities.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure adoption and sustainability navigating complexity ambiguity and organizational politics with integrity and empathy.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large complex transformation programs within the financial services or FMI sector.
  • Deep understanding of Euroclears business model operational landscape and strategic priorities.
  • Strong expertise in AI capabilities governance and their implications for enterprise transformation including ethical and inclusive AI practices.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to navigate Euroclears governance at all levels and build consensus across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated agility in leading cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships fostering an environment of psychological safety and mutual respect.
  • Extensive experience in program governance benefits realization and strategic portfolio management with a focus on delivering equitable outcomes.

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with program management methodologies and transformation/change management frameworks.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs in multicultural and complex environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure settings and drive radical change through innovative and inclusive approaches.
  • High level of business acumen political savvy and hands-on execution skills with a proven track record of navigating ambiguity and complexity.
