An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Nurse Consultant in WoundCare Managementto join our vibrant and supportive team environment atHolmesglen Private Hospital.
As the Clinical Nurse Consultant in Wound Care Management your responsibilities will include:
- Provide assessment provision of coordinated care and delivery of high quality specialist wound management
- Provide nursing consultancy advisory education and support to clients families/care givers and nursing staff with a focus on understanding of the wound management treatment and healthy lifestyle promotion
- Facilitate comprehensive and accurate wound care nursing assessments development of management/action plans and multi-disciplinary networking and multi-specialty case conferences
- Undertake clinical presentations relevant to Wound Care
Selection Criteria:
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Science Art(Nursing)/Diploma
- Post Graduate qualifications/training in wound care
- Advanced clinical competence in wound care nursing practice
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality patient care
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

If you are successful you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the Healthscope - Victoria - Nurses and Midwives Agreement 2021-2025 (salaries range between $34.22and $48.32 per hour).
