Job Description for Billing Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Write SQL queries to extract transform and load data from various sources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in Tableau and SQL.
- Create and maintain documentation for reporting and SQL processes.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in Tableau and SQL.
- Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions on multiple methods of payment
- Analysis of different reports and highlighting the errors.
- Future forecasting subscriptions.
- Compiling reports for senior management.
- Assist with billing accounts reconciliations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing data accuracy
- Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues
- Different day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree is the Minimum requirement.
- Proven experience (1 year) as a Tableau developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and optimizing complex queries.(Plus point)
- Solid understanding of data modeling warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
