Job Summary
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- 领导发展从管理层到一线销售对于生意追踪需要的数据报告
- 为管理层提供公司层面的全域数据看板
- 综合运用内外部多重数据深入洞察市场趋势机会与风险
- 领导团队开展专题研究分析定位原因挖掘机会持续为业务管理层提供决策支持和建议
Business Expertise:
- 深入了解公司业务各环节具备深刻的商业洞察力能够将数据与业务目标相结合并制定相应的数据策略为业务决策提供支持
- 具备极佳的业务体感熟悉各项业务对数据的使用需求和关键问题的分析思路
- 熟悉数据产品开发流程能够与数据产品团队深度协同
- 具备优秀的领导力包括跨部门协作能力团队管理能力和项目推进能力能培养和激励团队成员持续优化工作流程和机制
Problem Solving:
- 解决公司业务口径不统一生意理解歧义
- 破除数据孤岛建立跨数据域的报告
- 自动化灵活报告配置能力解放生产力
Nature & Area of Impact:
- 统一全公司基于数据的生意判断做出正确生意决策
- 提供多维度多指标的常态化检测报告机制以防范经营风险
Interactions / Interpersonal Skills:
- 跨部门协调沟通能力敏锐的洞察力理解服务渠道端的问题本质创新思维对于问题的处理方式
