As a member of the architecture and transformation team your involvement as a ServiceNow Solution Architect will help us deliver excellent engineered network / cloud solutions to our clients. You will have deep experience with enterprise solution architectures with a variety of technologies but focused in low-code/no-code environments such as ServiceNow.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Understand and evaluate the underlying business goals of the Client;
- Architecting designing implementing and integrating ServiceNow solutions that are simple intuitive and easy to use that will allow customers to extend and customize the functionality of ServiceNow to meet their specific business need;
- Work closely with customers to understand the business direction define the solution and present the solution design and architecture aspects to the client through presentations and Daily/Weekly discussions;
- Leading the design development testing roll out and support of innovative software solutions including mentoring ServiceNow Developers;
- Deal with a broad range of old and new technologies with the skills to recognize and exploit the advantages of both;
- Develop plans to migrate from the existing base to the target architecture;
- Understand and communicate ITIL principles approaches and standards across teams;
- Work in team-oriented environments providing architectural technical advice and expertise and guidance to key stakeholders on industry best practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow;
- At least seven (7) years working experience in the information technology sector;
- Strong knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture concepts values and methodologies;
- Possess broad range of technical knowledge (e.g. applications enterprise technology infrastructure and telecommunications) and systems experience in multiple platforms;
- Work experience in a tiered support role such as Ops or SecOps preferred;
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate ideas to technical and business audiences;
- A drive for success and to help others achieve their goals;
- Experience in Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry an asset.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
