** Part-time work schedule (20 hours per week) **
Overview:
*This position will be reviewing resumes doing initial phone screenings (about 5 positions per month)
*The HR staff will provide additional recruiting support for this role
*After training this position can work remotely (training in Newark DE office)
Responsibilities:
*Review resumes in Paycor/Paycom
*Conduct phone screens (with follow-up review by one of the HR team)
*Schedule interviews with hiring managers (we will handle job shadow scheduling)
*Manage DocuSign/VidCruiter process for selected candidates (reference checks through VidCruiter)
*Once a candidate is favorable HR will take over the hiring and onboarding process
Requirements:
*Focus on priority roles (e.g. Nurses CNAs)
*Must be an experienced recruiter with prior healthcare recruiting experience
*Able to work 20 hours per week
*Remote work acceptable
