Sales Leader - Commercial P&C

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join a growing team within the Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) division. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 12-15 producers across multiple locations.
- Drive sales growth by coaching and mentoring producers to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Collaborate with the leadership team regional presidents and other stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Engage with clients and prospects fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide hands-on coaching and support to producers ensuring their success in building and managing their books of business.
- Leverage internal resources including carrier relationship specialists service team leaders and marketing teams to support sales efforts.
- Travel within surrounding regions to meet with team members clients and prospects.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing producers in the Commercial P&C space with a focus on accounts generating $25K in premium.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 9-12 direct reports.
- Strong understanding of the P&C insurance market including carriers industries and client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and collaboratively to drive sales and team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with team members and clients.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Bachelors degree in Business Insurance or a related field preferred.
