Position Summary:
City Wide Jani Inc. is hiring very part-time custodians for evening shifts at a medical facility in Champaign Illinois. While the hours are short the work is meaningful ensuring a clean safe environment for patients and staff.

• Shift: Monday through Friday

• Hours: Start time between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM

• Shift Length: Approx. 2 hours per evening

• Weekly Hours: About 10 hours/week

• Occasional weekends may be required

Essential Duties:

• Clean and sterilize restrooms exam rooms offices waiting areas and kitchen/breakroom

• Empty all trash receptacles

• Sweep mop vacuum and dust as needed

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces to reduce bacteria and germs

• Maintain grounds and entrances

• Report any equipment needs or issues to supervisor

• Secure building and set alarm at end of shift

• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

• $16.00/hour

Qualifications:

• Available after 6:00 PM

• 12 years of custodial experience preferred

• Able to lift push or pull 50 lbs

• Comfortable working with cleaning products and following safety protocols

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• Vehicle preferred but not required
