WEEKEND SERVICES MINISTRY COORDINATOR Part Time/Non-exempt/Hourly REPORTS TO: WEEKEND SERVICES TEAM LEADER
PURPOSE: To help oversee the details of CLC Worship as it pertains to all ministries: StudentLife Middle School and High School Young Adults Celebrate Recovery KidsLife and Mercy Street and assist with administrative work. You may also collaborate and help with Weekend or First-Wednesday worship when NextGen and other ministries do not need your leadership.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: The Weekend Services Ministry Coordinator is directly accountable for following all official and functional procedures and policies of Christian Life Center and is expected to engage in cooperative actions and relationships with the staff and congregation. On occasion you may not agree with the philosophy or procedure used but loyalty and support of the Lead Pastor and the rest of the staff is essential.

- Attends weekly service and is actively involved in serving opportunities at CLC
- Christ-like servant attitude

- Flexible to needs of team and Lead Pastor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Worship Leaders Weekend Team Leader Lead Pastor Production team and other ministry leaders to prepare for services and events. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a high degree of detail.
- Ensure planning center is up to date with scheduled musicians and singers tech team all chord charts and mp3s correct keys for singers
- Oversee RehearsalMix integration for StudentLife and KidsLife team members and purchase tracks as approved by worship leader and watch Multi-track budget usage
- Connecting people with Chart builder and Worship Online
- Recruit students to forge for training and equipping
- Lead Worship and Oversee worship planning/prep/scheduling for KidsLife StudentLife Middle School and High School services Young Adults Celebrate Recovery Mercy Street and various special events
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Weekend Services Team Leader
- Become a Super User of the Core software systems used by the church. (Ministry Platform Planning Center and eSpace) Serve as a resource for the Weekend Services team.
- Other duties as assigned
