Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Specialist Manager located in Uttarakhand India. The Wedding Specialist Manager will oversee the planning and execution of weddings ensuring that each event meets the clients expectations and adheres to Marriotts high standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients managing timelines and budgets collaborating with vendors and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. The role also involves regular communication with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent event planning and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in hospitality or wedding planning is preferred
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Event Planning or a related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
