Job Title: Finance Senior Associate
Location: Shanghai or Beijing
Employment Type: Full-time regular
The job
It will be the key liaison with Finance Share Service Center be responsible for statutory report preparation and local tax filing each month. It will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with internal controls requirements and also communicating and dealing with annual audit.
Key responsibilities
1. Work with SSC on Month end closing reporting balance sheet review
2. Continuously improving the process and efficiency of working with SSC
3. Complete internal control activities following the latest requirements each month and work closely with AP internal control team to understand any uplift request.
4. Prepare cash flow report each week and ask for cash from group treasury in cash shortage
5. Support internal and external audit
6. Prepare cash flow report each week and ask for cash from group treasury in cash shortage
7. Support tender requirements including bank guarantee bank credit certificate etc.
8. Other ad hoc projects
Essential requirements
1. Inhouse general ledger experience for more than 8 years
2. Bachelor or above degree in Accounting or Financial Management
3. Fluent written and oral English
4. Work experience with SSC or software business exposure as a strong plus
