Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Account Representative you will be responsible for driving growth and cultivating relationships across your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include:

Account Management & Growth:
o Manage a portfolio of customer accounts fostering strong relationships and driving repeat business.
o Identify opportunities to expand accounts by providing tailored business solutions.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling:
o Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients across various industries to understand their operational needs.
o Deliver consultative sales presentations focused on value and long-term partnerships.

Customer Service & Support Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal sales support teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
o Respond to inquiries troubleshoot issues and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience:
o A bachelors degree is required.
o No prior sales experience necessarycomprehensive training and onboarding provided.

Technical Skills:
o Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
o Willingness to learn internal systems and sales methodologies.

Key Competencies:
o Strong communication presentation and problem-solving abilities.
o A motivated self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
