Compensation: Competitive based on experience

The Role
As a MOD Volleyball Coach you will lead and inspire athletes ages 1018 while shaping their growth both on and off the court.
- Season length: 47 months depending on program
- Practices: typically times per week 2 hours each
- Competition: 12 tournaments per month on weekends
- Work within a collaborative well-supported structure that includes seven full-time directors and strong collegiate coaching ties
- Access ongoing coach education and mentorship from an experienced and passionate staff.
- Options for more or less time-commitment depending on program.
What Youll Do
- Lead engaging high-energy practices. Stay actively involved on the courtoffering continuous positive feedback and guidancewhile reinforcing skills systems and a love for the game.
- Build trust and positive relationships with athletes and families.
- Model professionalism punctuality and a growth mindset.
- Collaborate with fellow MOD coaches to keep training innovative and consistent with club standards.
What Were Looking For
- Passion for volleyball and for mentoring young athletes.
- Volleyball background (playing and/or coaching) preferred.
- Professional and reliable with transportation to all practices and tournaments.
- Leadership experiencefor example team captain teaching management but not required.
- Commitment to the full team schedule.
