About the Role
Join us as a Support Worker and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities and young people. Your role will focus on providing personalised support that enhances daily living offers emotional guidance and promotes community engagement. Home & Living: Experience the diversity of shared living environments with shifts across a 24/7 roster. From mornings to active nights and weekends each day brings new experiences and challenges.
Community Services: Engage directly with customers in their homes community settings or at one of our Aruma hubs. Enjoy a variety of shifts throughout the week where youll support individuals and groups in achieving their goals and enhancing their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality individualised support to people with disabilities and young people
Assist with personal care mobility and skill development
Build meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional support
Support community participation and recreational activities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plans
Advocate for customer rights and promote independence
Create safe trauma-informed environments for young people with complex needs.
