Job Summary
Join Fellowship Community as a Restorative Aide supporting residents in achieving their highest level of independence through restorative nursing care. Under the direction of the LPN Restorative Nurse Coordinator youll implement individualized care plans and ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Level A/B restorative care (e.g. therapeutic exercises ambulation transfers ROM dining assistance).
- Document care and resident progress.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and assist in training CNAs.
- Support restorative dining and restraint reduction programs.
- Foster a caring respectful environment aligned with Fellowships Mission and RISE Core Values.
Qualifications:
- Current PA CNA certification with 2 years clinical experience.
- Basic Life Support certified.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Knowledge of geriatric and dementia care.
- Must meet Pre-Hire Assessment requirements.
- Fully vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 (medical/religious exemptions considered).
