We are looking for an energetic and motivated Enterprise Account Director to join ourEnterprise Sales Team.

About the role:

In this role you will be helping to expand our reach across the market by selling specifically into named target prospects. Additionally youll manage and upsell a book of Software & IT clients with renewal responsibilities as part of an Account Team alongside a Customer Success Manager. Youll run the entire new business sales cycle; your outbound effort will be complemented by inbound leads and inside sales support as you research prospective customers develop outreach strategies identify prospects demo decision makers and close business. What Youll Do:

  • Research identify and connect with individuals and corporations who would be strong prospects for Definitive Healthcare solutions
  • Partner with Marketing and Executive Management to refine and enhance our provider go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and key stake holders in the provider market to identify opportunities and secure new business
  • Manage all facets of complex sales cycles
  • Conduct online product demonstrations
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and update the CRM
  • Achieve renewal targets and Net Dollar Retention targets for assigned book of business
  • Work as part of an Account Team to strategically expand existing relationships to new stakeholders

What youll need:

  • BA or BS degree
  • 8 years of individual quota carrying/closing sales experience
  • Experience selling directly into strategy or executive roles within target
  • Documented evidence that you are top producer
  • Definitive Healthcare user experience preferred but not required
  • Expertise in selling technology data or research
  • Experience in a cold-calling sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • A powerful work ethic with tons of energy humor compassion and enthusiasm

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $87000 $163000 per year which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience and qualifications.

This role is also eligible for a commission plan based on sales performance in accordance with the companys commission policy.
