Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hours
Pay Range: $21.06 - $24.75 per hour
Supplemental Pay:Based on position schedule and/or availability:Overtime
Mileage and Expense Reimbursement:Sixty-two and a half cents per mile one of the highest in the industry!

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:
Performs general clerical projects including filing copying data entry and other supportive administrative tasks. Provides administrative support for managers or departments which may include setting up meetings assisting with bulk mailings and providing backup to other administrative staff.
- Prepares daily deposit including organizing copying and scanning of gift documentation.
- Provides daily deposit to finance.
- Prints daily donor thank you letters weekly tribute reports as well as hand-writing additional tribute acknowledgment.
- Scans returned mail for updating in donor software.
- Fields donor questions via telephone.
- Orders Memorial Bricks and/or Donor Recognition Plaques/Wall.
- Assists with completing necessary paperwork for matching gifts.
- Assists with data clean up.
- Maintains filing systems copies collates and distributes agency documents.
- Prepares routine reports correspondence and other documents.
- Performs data entry into database applications. Maintains database system.
- Prepares monthly communications including brochures and bulk mailings.
- Arranges appointments and greets visitors. Assists with scheduling community requests and events.
- Assists in preparation for meetings and may be required to take minutes as needed.
- Handles and distributes incoming and outgoing mailings. Assists leaders with delivery systems as needed.
- Provides backup coverage to Receptionist or other administrative staff as needed.
WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: Two years relevant work experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
