The Role

Were looking for a sharp driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This isnt a role for someone who waits for instructions; we need a hustler whos ready to roll up their sleeves identify opportunities and get things done. Youll be working on a dynamic portfolio of productsthink everything from travel and device insurance to new unconventional offerings.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate with 1-3 years of experience.

What Youll Do

• Market Intelligence: Be our eyes and ears in the market. Youll conduct in-depth research to understand top players their pricing models and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to help us launch winning products.
• Performance Tracking: Post-launch youll be responsible for tracking key performance metrics for new products and marketing campaigns. Youll analyze data to understand whats working and whats not and use those insights to inform future decisions.
• Funnel Optimization: Youll constantly monitor the performance of our live products. By analyzing our conversion funnels youll identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to maintain and grow our business numbers.
• Process Excellence: Youll help us create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline our processes and ensure were always working efficiently.

What Were Looking For

• A Hustle Mindset: Youre proactive resourceful and dont hesitate to take initiative. When you see a problem youre the first person to jump in and solve it taking help wherever needed.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Youre comfortable with numbers and data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
• Excellent Communication: You can clearly articulate your findings and ideas whether in a detailed report or a quick huddle.
• Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: You can break down complex problems into smaller manageable parts and come up with creative solutions.
• Team Player: Youre a collaborative individual who thrives in a lean flat team structure.

This is an in-office role based at our Bangalore Head Office.
