Job Description:

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Secretary to senior executives and their teams. The ideal candidate will have strongcommunication skillsattention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars scheduling and correspondence

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments events andtravel arrangements

  • Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations

  • Serve as a liaison between the executives and their teams communicating important information and deadlines

  • Provideadministrative supportto the teams including but not limited to staff administration organizing meetings ordering supplies and tracking budget & expenses

  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or Graduate of Secretarial/ Business Administration course

  • 6 years of experience as anexecutive assistantor similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written andverbal communication in English Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Strong organizational andtime management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
