• Develop strategic legal solutions tailored to each clients unique situation including prenuptial agreements divorce custody/timesharing alimony/spousal support and child support matters.
• Assist clients in dividing marital assets including real estate during divorce proceedings.
• Effectively litigate and advocate for clients when attending court proceedings (via Zoom or in person) as needed to represent clients.
• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings motions marital settlement agreements judgments and orders for a high volume of cases.
• Work collaboratively with senior partners paralegals and team members to efficiently move cases through the litigation process.

• Minimum of3 years of experiencehandling family law cases including litigation and courtroom experience.
• Proven track record of successfully advocating for clients in emotionally charged and high-stress situations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills especially in sensitive matters involving child custody domestic violence and child abuse.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required; must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Extra consideration given to candidates with a criminal justice background.
