Sr. Digital Media Content Specialist

MasterBrand is looking for an enthusiastic process-oriented Senior Content Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The MasterBrand Digital Marketing team is responsible for the strategic execution of the companys digital marketing initiatives and strategy and will also be expected to enable the evolution of brand-specific digital strategy. The selected candidate will report directly to the Web Content Manager and work closely with stakeholders throughout the business to maintain and enhance content across multiple brand websites and supporting MarTech tools.

Responsibilities:

• Navigate and perform common content author functions within Wordpress CMS and Sitecore
• Demonstrate and apply a strong knowledge of digital content best practices in the areas of:
  • On-page SEO and metadata
  • Website accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • UX and UI
• Demonstrate and apply high competency in
  • Process-driven communication
  • Proactive troubleshooting and ideation
  • Creative problem solving
  • Ability to communicate easily with developers/technical support to gain understanding and convey enhancement needs
• Synthesizing inputs from the Digital Marketing Team (SEO Campaign Analytics Social) into actionable insights
• Aligning with the Web Content Manager on brand-specific strategy to stay in-step with the overarching strategy
• Aligning with the Commercial Marketing Manager(s) to ensure brand-specific digital strategy incorporates both digital marketing insight-driven actions and business priorities and objectives

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop in these areas:

• Understand MasterBrand go-to-market strategy and brands
• Understand brand objectives and translate them into strategic creative digital approaches
• Collaborate with internal business partners as a subject matter expert to design build and execute content marketing
• Execute complex content updates to support product launches
• Work with the business and Digital Marketing specialists to execute omni-channel campaigns
• Continually brainstorm new and creative lead generation and audience growth strategies across the brand sites
• Manage the execution of campaigns and tactics through cross-functional business and technical teams

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Marketing Communications or a related field
